Terms & Conditions

• Platform: The Seva Sadhna website, mobile application, and all associated digital interfaces through which Services are offered.
• User / You: Any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform or any of its Services.
• VIP Darshan: A priority-access facilitation service offered by Seva Sadhna enabling users to secure special entry slots at partner temples across India.
• Prasad: Sacred food or offerings blessed at a temple and delivered to users via our Prasad Delivery Service.
• Guru: A verified spiritual consultant, astrologer, palmist, vastu expert, or numerologist registered on the Platform.
• Consultation: A session — via text chat, audio call, or video call — between a User and a Guru facilitated through the Platform.
• Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual as defined under applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
• Our Content: All text, astrological readings, palmistry reports, predictions, guidance, images, graphics, and other materials generated or published by Seva Sadhna.

Our Services are available only to persons who are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the explicit consent and active supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are legally competent to enter into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• All information you provide during registration or booking is accurate, complete, and current.
• Your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.

Seva Sadhna currently offers the following Services on its Platform:

• VIP Darshan Booking: We act as an intermediary to facilitate priority darshan slots at partner temples. The darshan itself is governed by the temple's own rules, regulations, and availability.
• Prasad Delivery: We arrange for authentic, priest-blessed temple prasad to be collected from licensed temple premises and delivered to your address across India.
• Guru Consultations: We connect Users with verified Gurus for personalised spiritual guidance in areas including Vedic astrology, numerology, vastu shastra, tarot, and palmistry.
• Palmistry & Astrology Readings: Expert-reviewed readings based on palm images and/or birth details submitted by the User.

We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue any Service at any time without prior notice. Where a paid Service is discontinued, affected users will be notified and provided a proportional refund.

All bookings made on the Platform are subject to real-time availability and confirmation. Prices displayed are inclusive of Seva Sadhna's service fee but exclusive of any applicable taxes or delivery charges, which will be shown at checkout.

• Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways (Razorpay / PayU). Seva Sadhna does not store your card, UPI, or banking credentials at any time.
• All transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email or in-app notification. Do not travel to a temple based on a pending booking.
• For Guru consultations billed per minute, charges are deducted in real time. Ensure sufficient wallet balance before beginning a session.
• In the event of a failed transaction where your account has been debited, please contact us within 48 hours. Refunds for failed transactions are processed within 5–7 working days.

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled darshan date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled date are non-refundable.
• If a temple cancels or restricts darshan due to its own reasons (festivals, maintenance, government orders, etc.), Seva Sadhna will issue a full refund within 5–7 working days.

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
• Once an order is dispatched, no cancellations or refunds are possible due to the perishable and sacred nature of the product.
• If prasad arrives damaged or incorrect, please raise a complaint with photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery.

• Consultation charges are deducted per minute. Unused prepaid wallet balance is refundable within 7 working days upon written request.
• If a session is disconnected due to a technical fault on our Platform, the session time will be credited back to your wallet.
• No refund is issued if the User voluntarily ends a session early.

• Once a report has been generated and delivered, no refunds are provided.
• If a report is not delivered within the promised timeframe due to our error, a full refund will be issued.

As a User of Seva Sadhna, you agree to use the Platform respectfully and lawfully. You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, or fraudulent purpose.
• Misrepresent your identity, provide false birth details, or submit inaccurate information for any Service.
• Harass, abuse, or disrespect any Guru, temple partner, or delivery personnel associated with Seva Sadhna.
• Attempt to access another user's account, manipulate pricing, or exploit bugs in the Platform.
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the Platform or extract data without express written permission.
• Record, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any consultation, reading, or content obtained through the Platform without prior written consent.
• Post, upload, or transmit any content that is obscene, offensive, or violates the religious sentiments of any community.

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending bookings without refund, and where applicable, legal action.

All astrology, palmistry, numerology, vastu, tarot, and other spiritual consultations offered on Seva Sadhna are provided for informational, guidance, and entertainment purposes only.

You expressly acknowledge that:

• No Guru on the Platform possesses supernatural powers or the ability to definitively predict the future.
• Consultations and readings are probabilistic and interpretive in nature.
• Seva Sadhna does not make any representation regarding the correctness, outcome, or truth of any prediction or reading.
• Use of spiritual Services is entirely at your own discretion and risk.

• All prasad is sourced directly from licensed and authorised temple premises and is handled with religious care throughout the supply chain.
• Estimated delivery timelines are 3–7 working days depending on the origin temple and delivery location. Seva Sadhna is not responsible for courier delays caused by third-party logistics partners, weather conditions, or force majeure events.
• The User is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Seva Sadhna will not be liable for non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the User.
• Each prasad order is accompanied by a sealed certificate of authenticity. Do not accept a package if the seal is visibly tampered with — report immediately to our support team.
• Seva Sadhna does not guarantee specific prasad variants or quantities, which are subject to temple availability on the date of collection.

• Seva Sadhna acts solely as a facilitator. The final authority over darshan access, timings, and entry rests entirely with the temple authorities.
• Users must carry a valid government-issued photo ID and their booking confirmation (digital or printed) when arriving for VIP Darshan.
• Seva Sadhna is not responsible if temple authorities deny entry due to a violation of temple dress codes, rules of conduct, or any other temple-specific policies.
• Darshan timings are approximate and subject to change by the temple without prior notice. Seva Sadhna will make best efforts to communicate such changes in a timely manner.
• Certain temples may have restrictions based on caste, religion, or gender. It is the User's responsibility to verify eligibility before booking.

All content on the Seva Sadhna Platform — including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, audio, video, software code, astrological reports, and palmistry readings — is the exclusive intellectual property of Seva Sadhna or its licensors, and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:

• Access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• Download content only where an explicit download option is provided by the Platform.

You may not, without prior written consent from Seva Sadhna:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, translate, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Distribute, sell, sub-license, or commercially exploit any content obtained through the Platform.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the content.

By submitting any content to the Platform (such as palm photos or birth details), you grant Seva Sadhna a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that data solely for the purpose of delivering the requested Service.

Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Seva Sadhna, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in that policy, in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, IT (Reasonable Security Practices) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

We collect personal data including name, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, contact details, and palm images solely to provide and improve our Services. This data is never sold to third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Indian law, Seva Sadhna and its directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or reputation arising from use of our Services.
• Cancellation or disruption of darshan bookings due to temple decisions, government orders, religious events, natural calamities, or any force majeure event.
• The quality, accuracy, or outcome of advice given by any Guru or consultant on the Platform.
• Delays or non-delivery of prasad caused by courier partners, customs authorities, or third-party logistics providers.
• Any emotional distress, financial loss, or relationship issues arising from reliance on spiritual readings or consultations.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or use of our Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the event.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Seva Sadhna, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your breach of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
• Your misuse of the Platform or any of its Services.
• Any content or data you submit, transmit, or make available through the Platform.
• Any claim by a third party arising from your violation of their rights.

Seva Sadhna reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your access to the Platform and all Services at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• We reasonably believe your account is being used for fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Your conduct is deemed disrespectful, abusive, or harmful to any Guru, partner, or other User.
• We are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any pending bookings will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law) shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.

Prior to initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of written notice of the dispute. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended).

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent revision is always displayed at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email to registered Users.

Your continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
